Rule No.4:

The Scientific board is chosen from Ulama of seminaries (Hawza), Professors of universities and scholars familiar with the ways of research, under the supervision of the high council with impart of the Secretary General of the forum.

Rule No.5:

The responsibilities of the scientific board are as follow:

1-   Control and homologate programs and research plans of each of the research groups.

2-   Control and guide evaluate works.
