Rule No.6:

The high council and the secretary general select two of the members of the high council as the connectors between the forum and the high council.

Rule No.7:

The chair-man of the scientific research center, according to Rule No.4, is chosen from practiced scholars and Ulama.

Rule No.8:

The chair-man of the scientific research center is obligated to reform all the sanctioned plans and programs, and manage the center.

Rule No.9:

The chair-man of the scientific research center is a member of the scientific board and also the educational assistant of the forum.
