Rule No.10:

Scientific groups are selected according to the needs of the forum, with the homologation of the scientific board.

Rule No.11:

The scientific board selects the members of the research groups from Ulama and scholars.

Rule No.12:

The scientific board is obligated to locate the needs of the forum at the top of its programs, as follow:

1-   Publish educational books in the fields of jurisprudence, principles (Osoul), Kalam, Comment (Tafsir) and …. in the simultaneous method (Mogharen) for teaching in the University of Islamic Schools of Thought.

2-   Publish non-educational books in the same fields as above based on simultaneous (Mogharen) between religions and abate the accusations and rumours that are referred to Islamic religions with new and initiative ways.

3-   Prepare different references and encyclopedias based on simultaneous.

4-   Answering to scientific questions.

5-   Edit texts suitable for jurisprudence proximity, Kalam or other.
