HIGH COUNCIL

Rule No.13:

The members of this council are selected by the leader of the Islamic revolution from Ulama, scholars and Islamic personalities from valid Islamic religions, for 6 years.

Rule No.14:

The high council is responsible for its authorizations.

Rule No.15:

The members of the high council are at least 15 and approximately 21 persons.

Rule No.16:

With the maximum votes of the high council members, two of the members will be selected as chairman and vice chairman for 2 years.
