SECRETARY GENERAL

Rule No.21:

The secretary general is the highest responsibility in the proximity forum that is selected by the leader of the Islamic revolution, with the suggestion of the high council.

Rule No.22:

In case of demise, resignation or deposal of the secretary general, one of the members of the high council is selected as the secretary general until the main secretary general is selected.

Rule No.24:

The secretary general can abdicate part of his tasks and authority to his assistance and managers as long as it doesn't intrude the main authority of the secretary general.

Rule No.25:

The secretary general is responsible in front of the high council for the work of the proximity forum.
